Never again am I paying for this. Get serious MLS and allow ALL PAYING fans to watch whatever games they want to watch. Mickey Mouse nonsense local blackouts !
I used this app all year without issue. Now following the latest update it wont even start... Keeps crashing?
The scores section is broken, it always jumps back to the top of the page when I scroll down. Even without that, the design is very ugly and cluttered. Things that were easy to access last year are now hidden behind tiny buttons, scrolling bars, or other unnecessary gizmos.
no point using app, website works better
Im running an iPhone 6s Plus and have experienced no issues with the new interface. Actually I like it. Its easy to find scores, video content, and club information. The app itself is pretty good, where it falls short is the blackouts for the MLS live matches. The very first year this app was launched, it seemed I could get East Coast matches with no problem. Now it seems that there are more and more matches that I cannot view live and those that I can have ify streaming. Its become a major disappointment. I do not plan on resubscribing to the live service. In short, if you want to keep up with MLS information the app is great. If you want to actually watch live matches youre better off with an app like Fox Soccer, Deportes or a service like www.fubo.tv
I like the app and its come a long way, but the interactive timeline has to go. At least give us the ability in settings to get rid of all but the game events. And add a scroll ar that shows where key things happened.
Scores wont load. When they do, after scrolling the page will jump to the top. Extremely frustrating.
Awesome! I can check Real Salt Lake scores on the go!
I love the MLS but the only thing is that i pay 20 dollars to watch MLS matches with MLS LIVE but almost all the games i want to watch are blacked out
Too many games are blacked out. You pay to see some games you dont want to see and miss the games you want. They should either offer a league subscription or not.
Exactly what you need. Score alerts, video content, MLS live, google chromecast extension, all with minimal bugs.
Please fix and Ill update my rating.
They blackout every game. Waste of time and money. Do not sign up for mls live. If you want watch soccer wait for espn to air a game. They let you watch it on the app at least. GARBAGE..
I am not permitted to watch my favorite local teams because of black out rules. All other features (score updates, game recaps, etc.) are free from other sources. Waste of money; I wouldnt buy again.
This thing is worthless for watching a match. It is not predictable on posting matches. You will find out the score first.
Great for watching push content and staying updated, but I would love to be able to do more, like check my fantasy team make changes, watch MLS live from a hub not a second window. Also would like to see Mobil content not just resized browser stuff( Im looking at you ETR)
Barely functional. Delivers web page errors. No in-app purchase of MLS Live. Why? I am here with $$$$ in hand. Even after coughing up $80 for a subscription, I am still seeing ads over the top of information in the app. Again, why?
This is app is no good if you want to watch live games. MLS live subscriptions blackout the majority of live games. This means you have to wait 48 hours before you can watch the game of your choice. The app does have a list of blackout games for the season for each team and its long. For example the MLS live subscription for LA Galaxy has a total of 34 blackout games. Thats roughly half the season. Again you can watch the games 48 hours after they air on TV but not worth paying for in my opinion. Additionally the MLS live app does not stream the finals. This includes quater, semi, and cup final. Also worth noting you cant stream any game if you are outside of the US. With that said I do like that the news and highlights are specific to MLS. The MLS live app has a lot of work to do before anyone is gonna give them a 4 or 5 star rating and they can start by working on the TV rights to provide people with live matches.
The Scorpions band would be proud that the MLS has taken their song Blackout to heart. So many games are blacked out that I am regretting paying for MLS Live (or kinda live, if a 48 hour delay fits the bill). And games that are way out of the viewing area and not televised in the area. Read the blackout list if you are considering MLS Live.. Not worth it.
